Festive Spirit..

CNY mood is in the air and I can feel it. And it feels good! But I also wonder if I've time to immerse myself fully before the CNY do come around. Like going to Chinatown night market, doing some goodie shopping with my family. Oh man, it's my favourite time of the year, seriously. I'll just take whatever I can enjoy I guess.

It feels good to be able to sit at home on a Sunday night blogging. Haha. Monday off, thanks to last Saturday burnt for live firing. Next Sunday guard duty. Bleh.. But it means I wun be on during CNY, haha.. So i just suck thumb do without complains. 5 more weeks of training to endure. Every week out field once. Sucks man.. And anyway, the life of a combat engineer - sian. We all agree it's not so much of the training that's so bothersome. It's the stores! We have endless stores to carry I tell you. Before exercises, you need more rest, but you'll be bogged down by loading stores to vehicles. After exercises, you are so dead tired that you might even want to sleep on the toilet bowl, but you have to unload and clean the stores first. SIAN... But life as an engineer is such. *shakes head*

Now, I plan to wake up early tml and maybe go to the market or NTUC, enjoy a bit of a normal weekday life. Probably first time in half a years man. The problem is whether I'll be able to wake uP? Haha.. This weekend has been good. Pray for me that it doesn't rain on Tuesday and Wednesday this week please.. It sucks to have your boots full of water, INSIDE.. And the water can't flow out. It's disgusting, I tell you.. Your socks will stink like no tomorrow and your feet almost going to start rotting.. Bleah...
