Weekend of fun!

The chalet is over! Time pass damn fast when you are having fun I must say.. Really had a wonderful time. It's somehow not complete without Jo there, but it's somewhat made up with her calls. It's definitely a good choice to have the chalet when Mel is back here. (Though she did nothing much other than slp and eat.) hehe..

So it all started on Fri when I went to check in. Drove dad's car there, dumped my stuffs and all the goodies I've brought from home, mopped the floor and returned the car to dad before meeting Kunlei and Gab at Tampines to do some grocery shopping. Really sorry to Norman, wenyu & KY, for keep you waiting at Changi V for us. BUT waiting for a cab was an absolute bitch.. We carried the stuffs walking along the streets, getting ourselves further and further away from Tampines Mall in a bid to hail an empty cab. It was somehow by luck that we managed to do so an hour later. Damn shag. And pple, you guys had stuffs to eat cos of us!! Haha.. And nice food too, cos we wanted to marinate earlier to add to the taste, that's why we bought on Fri rather than Sat.. Fri was just the 5-6 of us, playing Xbox, and having early nights in preparation for Saturday.

Card games at chalet is definitely a favourite pastime. I dun mean the gambling all this. But the card games like Indian Poker, the ones you call pple's nickname if you have the same card etc. Hehe. Definitely had fun, and watching Kunlei gulped down 5 cups of water in 10 mins was the highlight of the afternoon.. Heh.. We actually started the BBQ quite late. It was 7pm when they went to set the fire while KL, Veron and I stayed in the chalet to add marinate to the seafood we bought.

BBQ went quite well, the chicken thigh meat was an abolute success.. Damn Damn freaking nice. Thanks to Da Hua Chicken Marinate Sauce and KL's favourite of Garlic Salt. Hehe.. Must really ask the 2 of us to marinate the next time we have a BBQ.. Hehe.. At around 2330, we had a belated mini-bdae celebration for Mel. Presented her with a pinky adidas sweater Gab and I bought, and a small chocolate cake, which we threatened to treat as Yu Sheng and toss it!! Lol, madness.. Haha.. It was nice to see Weixiong's Korean gf.. Singapore is really going global. Haha.. Maybe Jo would bring back an ang moh bf to shock us. Rofl..

The night was followed with some booze and I K.O. due to tiredness and the vodka; KC also KO quite fast.. While Gab was like Mr. Guan Yu through the night. But I managed to wake up 1 hour later.. Heh.. And to see GF and KL trying to make Veron drunk was sheer fun. Veron is a tough one, seriously. She never doh and probably survived better than GF the next day.. *bows* Anyway, after I woke up, the highlight was some mad singing session at 5am! Haha.. Sang lots and lots of song till we ran out of song to sing and started singing "zao an lao shi". WTH.. I wondered if our neighbours heard us.. CNY carolling!! Haha..

Hrm, thereafter pple started leaving, then left a few of us to clear things up and leave the chalet. Had lunch before heading home. Good fun, best friends. What more can I have asked for?! =) (maybe other than asking Jo fork out $1,000 to buy air tickets to come back, LOL)

Went to watch I Not Stupid Too last night. Definitely a must-watch. Touching, funny and thought-provoking and lasted more than 2 hrs. Thumbs up Jack Neo! =)
