Week for remembrance but to forget..

I'm back-dating this entry to 17 Feb.

This week is my last week of school.. Quite happy to be done with school in a sense, but probably a bit lost also. Lucky got NS to look forward to, if not really even more lost. Hrm.. It's been a sad week nonetheless. Passing of two elders.. One day after another, really marred my week..

First was cousin-in-law's dad. Well, don't know him too well but I'll always remember watching a Arsenal vs Man U match with him at his house. Hospitable, friendly uncle who clearly din mind my cousin bringing me there though cousin and his wife weren't married yet back then.

Den Thurs, came a very very saddening news of Qi's grampa's passing.. How should I say this.. Having no grampa to look up to since I was born, I regarded her ah gong somewhat as my own.. Though we weren't exactly very close and din talk that much, he was nonetheless the first family member of Qi that I met. It wasn't very shocking to learn of his passing.. Cos Qi told me few weeks back that he is somewhat bedridden cos he had no strength to get out of it. But still, it's just sad. I will miss him. Rest well, ah gong..
